Additionally to the update, there are 3 new patterns on our wiki for those who are quitting smoking. Namely:
- Against “cigarette of victory” – Smoking to celebrate
- Anti-“nervous cigarette” – Smoking to avoid anxiety
- Against “cigarette of sadness” – Smoking to avoid sadness
It can be very helpful for your commitment, give it a try!
Broken wind breath
Finally, we introduce the last one, the sixth pattern from the series of “Oriental Breathing Method” by Prof Takashi Nakamura, ready for you.
It is “Broken wind breath” that works great for your diving skills. This pattern should be practiced by those of you who has mastered the previous 5 patterns, as it is really complicated for beginners.
Snuffle-snuffle breath
New, the fifth pattern from the series of “Oriental Breathing Method” by Prof Takashi Nakamura, ready for you, that was suggested by Max Schubert from Munich, Germany (see the previous posts).
So here is “Snuffle-snuffle breath” that works great for your vitality level and cognitive abilities. This pattern should be practiced by those of you who has mastered the previous 4 patterns, as it is rather complicated for newbies.
Treble breath
Forth pattern from the series of “Oriental Breathing Method” by Prof Takashi Nakamura, ready for you, was suggested by Max Schubert from Munich, Germany (see the previous posts).
So here is “Treble breath” that is good for your mind and digestion. So get absolutely ready for your interesting and tasty weekend! )
Oriental Breathing Method by Prof Takashi Nakamura
We have created the special section for extra preset patterns, recommended by you, our dear users! Meet the first two patterns from there.
Both of those patterns were suggested by Max Schubert from Munich (Germany), and are the first two trainings from “Oriental Breathing Method” by Prof Takashi Nakamura.
Rhythmical breath – is used to clear the lungs fast & to strengthen them, and Prolonged breath improves thorax muscles and is good for your heart.
Ha breathing
New pattern waiting for you in our wiki database – meet “Ha breathing“!

Square breathing and Pratiloma
Today we have 2 new patterns ready for you – “Square breathing” and “Pratiloma”!

Finally I’ve managed to get back to work on Prana Breath. Meet the new update and enjoy more features for your comfortable and diverse breathing sessions! So here’s what we have in version 6.0:

Hooray, we’ve got 100 000!
I’m excited to say that now there are more than 100 000 of downloads of Prana Breath, and it’s less that in 11 month since the app’s start!

Today the new unplanned version was released because of the critical after-purchase bug for Turkish locale. If you’ve ever had this bug please contact me and I will return your money back.
